Quality policy

Krklec-metal d.o.o. has established a quality management system, which it has documented, and takes continuous measures of its functioning and improvement according to the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2015.


In this context, the establishment of a Quality Policy based on the following grounds:

  • Retaining existing customers and gaining new ones, and focusing all processes and activities on customers.
    By constantly confirming the quality of products and services
    and by fulfilling the contracted requirements, needs and expectations, the scope of work is ensured, which guarantees the existence of all employees and creates conditions for business expansion.
  • Continuous improvement of products and processes. By identifying places and opportunities for improvement, the procedures of their ranking and finding are carried out.

    the context of organizations and risk assessment in all activities and processes relevant to quality.
  • Every employee is responsible for the quality of their work. Developing awareness among all employees about the importance of quality and customer satisfaction and investing in human resources ensures competencies in all workplaces places.

  • Ensuring adequate documented information in the quality system.
    Through the establishment of documented information that is maintained (procedures, instructions, regulations, etc.) and kept (records on the implementation of work), the company has laid the foundations of a quality management system.
  • Constant monitoring of new technologies in the process of processing and welding.
    Technological improvements in the processing of metal structures and their application as well as the development of processing and welding processes and IT support ensure the continuous progress of our company.


The defined quality policy is a public document of our company, and as such is available to all interested parties, and the management will periodically conduct its evaluation and, if necessary, redefine it.
