Improving the competitiveness and efficiency of KRKLEC-METAL by introducing ICT<\/p>

Short project description: <\/strong><\/p>

KRKLEC-METAL d.o.o. implements a project entitled “Improving the competitiveness and efficiency of KRKLEC-METAL by introducing ICT <\/em>“. Funds for the project were approved under the Call “Improving the competitiveness and efficiency of SMEs through information and communication technologies (ICT) – 2 <\/em>“, under the Call: KK.03.2.1.19, funded by the European Regional Development Fund development. The project introduces a software solution for real-time production management that connects business processes of procurement, production, sales, strategic planning, asset and risk management and human resources management, and software solutions for 3D drawing, for programming CNC machines with modules and nesting CAD \/ CAM software for programming CNC cutters to support the production process and associated hardware.<\/p>

Project goals and expected results: <\/strong><\/p>

The purpose of the project is to increase the competitiveness and efficiency of business by applying information and communication technology, and the specific objectives that will be achieved by implementing the project are: strengthening the market position of the Applicant by introducing ICT solutions and optimizing business processes; increasing employee efficiency and achieving effective workflow organization. The result of the project are introduced software solutions and accompanying hardware to improve business processes.<\/p>

As part of the program “Coherence and Cohesion 2014-2020”, the company KRKLEC-METAL limited liability company for production, trade, import, export became a beneficiary of grants from the public call “Construction of production capacity and investment in equipment” for the project “Construction of office building for the manufacture of metal structures “
The project consists of several elements:
1. Construction of the hall
2. Equipping the newly built hall
3. Promotion and visibility
4. Project management and administration<\/p>

Project goals: <\/strong>
1. Increasing the production of metal structures and parts of machines and devices
2. Increasing the profitability of the production of metal structures and parts of machines and devices
3. Reduction of dependence on fluctuations in demand for metal structures and parts of machines and devices on the domestic market<\/p>

\u2022 Built hall for the production of metal structures
\u2022 Mounted bridge crane in the newly built production hall
\u2022 Six new workers employed
\u2022 Moved part of the existing machinery and equipment to the newly built hall<\/p>
